Excellent service and very pleasant

Our CGC Water/Kinetico service tec/plumber, Joe Williams is ALWAYS up for a challenge. He not only handles all the service on our whole house unit, Iron removal system, tannin system & water softener..... but he has tackled various plumbing issues & now is brain-storing on a very perplexing "over-current" trip issue!! Never gives up!! Great company, great service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

CGC has done several projects for us and they have all been great. We recently put in a new RO system and had some improvements made to our water softener. From working with Kelly in sales and Elvin the installer, Everything was top-notch. Elvin was super organized and very conscious of keeping everything clean. Highly recommend this local company.

Exceptional customer service, great products and Jason, our representative, is stellar! We are thankful for his expertise and vast knowledge, as well as how quickly he responds.

Water filtration system. Housing to filter had cracked inexplicably leaking water into garage for 4 days. We were out of town and family member noticed on day before our return. Called Kinetico and voicemail said someone would call. Checked records and saw that CGC had serviced water filter last year. They arranged appointment and promised to move up in queue if cancellation. Called next day as problem was worsening. Tech arrived the next day and repaired. Job done in ten minutes. Thanks CGC. Great job. Today, 10/9/26, Abel diagnosed problem with under-sink drinking water filter that was leaking. He has serviced other parts of our home water filtration systems as well. I have always found him to be honest, straight-forward and considerate. I recommend CGC and will continue to call on them and their expertise.

Update 7/8/26. Today Elvin came, he has great customer service skills. A technician was good, he was quick. He's on time and because I have a shoulder injury.He helped me move the stuff from under the cabinet out of his way
