CGC Home Tips: Plumbing

Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient repair of softening system!

Kade was super professional. And helpful with my questions

No longer happy with the service. Expensive up front, warranty isn't worth anything so keep that in mind. Got a "Cooper" on the phone today. He was the worst, condescending, rude, short, everything. Costly option to improve your water. Buy the same or similar products and have a plumber of your choice install it will save you money on the front end. Anything "CGC" offers isn't real or what they represent it as.

Rene did a great job changing our whole house filter on our water softener. Fast and efficient!

Great company! Service was top notch!

Very accommodating with my busy schedule and our technician Nick was very professional. He installed our water softener but before doing so he noticed unit was a bit damaged, he got us a new one. Highly recommend.

I feel good about the anode rod. I have 7.00 mgl of Iron and it's been difficult. But Joe continues to help and go beyond.

Service person was very helpful and professional.

Great, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy. Couldn’t ask for much more. Highly recommend.

Just excellent service

Shane was phenomenal. Honest, very knowledgeable and super professional and kind. We would be grateful to work with him again!

I had a call in to help me with a filter change problem that needed a different type of wrench. Jonathan gave me the correct wrench for my filter case and advised me on a couple of things to keep me running well, very efficient and right on time. Thank you

Today Joe led the team who came to do a plumbing repair, installing some new parts. They were absolutely so nice and so thorough. I really appreciate the work and customer care provided by everyone I have encountered at CGC.

Mr Austin, thank you so much for an excellent job, communication about the product and your dedication.

Put in filters My husband is no longer able to put in the filters. And I can’t reach them

Shane C did a great job for us! Highly recommend for under sink water filtration.

The young man came in and was very nice. Did his job. Gave me quotes.

Very friendly and able to give instructions on how system works. Good job!

Elvin C was great let me be hands on with the filter . Asked if I had any problems of course, I said no. Great company. Thank you.

Wesley did great, efficient work in checking our water system. Explained everything he was doing.
