Jason delivered Salt for our water softener today. The process included 1) emails reminding us that ia delivery was scheduled; 2) a courtesy call letting us know he was on his way and when we should expect him; 3) he arrived as promised; 4) our interaction with this delivery driver was very positive, kudos to CGC for employing a great staff.
