Understanding What's in Your Water
Municipal tap water often contains treatment chemicals like chlorine, chloramines and fluoride that cities use to deliver potable water to large populations, even though these chemicals can affect taste and household use. Emerging contaminants like PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) and PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid) are also raising health concerns nationwide as awareness of these “forever chemicals” grows.
While well water avoids municipal chemicals, it faces contamination risks from naturally occurring minerals such as iron, sulfur and arsenic, as well as nitrates from agricultural runoff and bacteria. Both water types can carry hard water minerals, dissolved metals and other contaminants that affect your home and health.

Elvin was neat and clean. He was well put together and he worked quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up behind himself and made sure I was happy with the completed installation of my Water Softner System and the RO System. He was also very friendly but not too chatty. He had just the right balance. I have been very happy with everyone I have interacted with from CGC Home Services from the in-home quote thru the completed installation. JOB WELL DONE!!

Very professional. Very easy to deal with. Didn't try to up sale me which I really liked. First company in a long time I've encountered that really seems concerned about there clients. I highly recommend.
Michael was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions and helped me understand all of the products available to me and how I can get them in the best way for me. Thankful to my friend who referred me to them!
I have mixed reviews on CGC, but the most recent service call by Dan R was exceptional! My iron filtration system had a leak and he came in and knew exactly what it was and how to fix it, which he did very quickly. He then went on to inspect the rest of my water purification systemS, explaining to me exactly what he was looking at/for, and the health/status of each compone So in addition to repairing the leak, he efficiently knocked out a complete inspection, eliminating my need for the annual service call I would normally have had to arrange next month. He not only saved me the additional trip charge, but he made no attempt to upsell me on things I didn't need. He showed respect for my home (booties, for one), he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, he gave me A LOT of good information, and from beginning to end he was just a pleasure to deal with. And at the end he only charged me for the straight service call, with his extra inspection included and the leak repair covered by warrantee. Highly recommend!
