Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He figured out the issue immediately! (Note to self- ensure you have the filters installed correctly!)

Renee is always prompt, pleasant and full of the kind of information we need to make an informed decision if a purchase is needed; and very helpful when explaining a repair or service requirement. We know we can count on him and thus CGC.
