Their knowledge and technical skill related to the kinetico softener and all things water-related in the home are very thorough. William installed the Reverse Osmosis system and whole house carbon filter. All is in working order. We need a few tweaks as to be expected. He even discovered an air conditioner leak in my home that I wouldn’t have known about if he hadn’t told me. Highly recommend.
