CGC installed a top-of-the-line Kinetico RO system for me. It was pricey, but I had the water independently tested for more than 30 contaminants—including lead, PFAS, and fertilizers—and everything came back perfectly clean. The installation was done professionally, and whenever I need service or a filter change, their technicians are consistently knowledgeable and courteous.
My only minor complaint is that their scheduling can be slow in my area near South Lyon, often requiring a wait of at least 10 days for a filter change. Still, I would highly recommend CGC and their products overall.

Happiness is a new water softener from a wonderful company, named CGC Water Treatment and Plumbing. We met two of their technicians, Rene Q and Dan. Each of these men were so nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this local Family Business.
