All service personnel are respectful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure everything is done well and correctly.

Arrived on time. Filters changed. All trash was removed.

Wouldn’t give me pricing over the phone. Plumber has to go and give me an in person quote, and if i say i don’t want to go through with the service then they charge a $50 “inspection” fee. Don’t recommend at all. seems like a money grab.

These guys are just consistently the best. They're efficient, friendly, and honest. Michael came to the house today to inspect our hot water heater and quickly diagnosed the problem, provided several no pressure options, and was very knowledgeable and great to interact with. Update: Johnethan came out for a service call at a later date. Still, my review stands. These guys are consistently the best.

Water softener showed results immediately, definitely feeling the difference. Chris from the water testing team made the demonstration seamless and smooth, answered all my questions. Nickolas came out and installed the equipment quick and was also very knowledgeable in his field. Thank you!

Anthony did a fantastic job replacing the old softener system with the newer and smaller system. The water is now super soft. Plus the new RO water system in the kitchen makes the water so clean. Thanks Anthony, you did a great job.

Joseph Morin was my installation technician, and what a hard working young man. Despite the 96 degree Florida weather, Joe did an outstanding job installing my new water softener system. The main water line enters my home at the opposite end from the garage, requiring an outside insulation. Joe worked 5.5 hours nonstop in direct sunlight to get the job done. 5 star treatment.

The main waterline which enters my home at the opposite end from the garage required an outside installation of the softener unit. Outstanding workmanship and an outstanding system. Highly recommend CGC. Joseph contacted me when he would arrive, explained everything about the Kinetico install and maintenance and cleaned up the area perfectly. He also took care of another problem that was not part of the scheduled service call. Will definitely use them again.
