I had an issue with my water system and Ronnie helped me walk through it over the phone!! He is the most reliable techs in any business that responds quickly and is more than helpful!

The sales process was easy and low pressure. My concerns and requests were listened to. Scheduling installation was easy and I didn't have to wait for an installation date. It didn't take long to install, set up and test the system. Brandon, the installer was prompt, courteous and very friendly. His workmanship looks great.

We had the pleasure of meeting with Abraham Rukab who, very eloquently in a straight forward manner, explained the science behind the water treatment process. He was able to address any concerns or questions we had without a high pressure sales pitch. As a consumer I appreciate that. I understand things cost money, but it’s frustrating when people try to sell you what you don’t need to make a buck. Building a trusted relationship is how a customer base is built. I truly feel like that is what we got…no BS. In this day and age it’s refreshing to have a personal connection. I can’t speak for the Kinetico system as of yet, but I am certainly encouraged.

Very respectable and knowledgeable. Liz had answers for all of our questions, and was willing to explain how things work. We received the free water testing. She showed us how to backwash our softener system, and we are replacing the iron filtration in a few days. Looking foward to having her out again! Highly recommend Liz! Aidon came and installed our iron filtration system, did some minor work on our reverse osmosis system and got us all taken care of. Very kind and courteous, highly recommend.

Jordan did follow-up servicing for my water softener concerning moving the softener effluent water to my sump pump instead of to my septic system. Jordan is very personable, knowledgeable and concerned with customer satisfaction, and does a great job. I will now be able to have the effluent drain into a French drain from my sump pump. Jordan's and CGC's continued support in dialing my system in for me is greatly appreciated. With such great support, I highly recommend CGC Home Services for any water conditioning related needs. Great to find a company and personnel with integrity these days. Thanks somuch.
