We loved Liz! She was so personable and very knowledgeable on all the products. Our water softener is old and there are signs that it might not be working up to par. Liz listened and answered all our questions and concerns we had. She told us in detail how your softeners work and are installed. As she did our water test, she explained the process of each chemical it was searching for, confirming some of our suspicions. She showed us options on the best type of water softener for our house. We are looking forward to knowing we’ll have safe, clean drinking water!

My water system is 36 years old, rusted and posed electrical and water issues. A switch was replaced but it shut off when a cracked pipe leaked water on it. This left me without water overnight. CGC returned my call quickly and Joe came out early on a Saturday morning, with a positive attitude, and got everything working. They were quick to respond and very pleasant.

Nickolas from CGC Home Services installed our new Kinetico Water Softener and RO Water Filter. He explained everything he was going to do before starting, confirmed placement options and after installation gave us a very good overview of what ongoing maintenance is required and approximately how often. Everything was neatly completed and cleaned up when finished. We would highly recommend Nickolas for his work.
