Jonathan came by today to add salt and cycle our softener. He also changed out the sediment filter and charcoal filters. He called about 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on the way. Everything went well.Thanks!

Tested/fixed my water Kinetico softener.

We had a rupture in our well system at approx 3pm and in calling the team, they were out the same day to diagnose the problem, and the following day to do the repair/replacement. The technician (Noah) even stayed past 5pm and brought his shop vac out to help me clean up the flood in our basement. He didn't have to do that, but was more than willing to help someone in need. Would absolutely recommend him and the team!!!
