As a new resident of Ponte Vedra Beach, I was unfamiliar with the water quality in St Johns County. We were noticing an odor from our faucets and buildup on our fixtures. Abraham Rukab arrived promptly and provided an informative and honest assessment of our current system and addressed our concerns. He was very knowledgable and patient with all of our questions. We decided to get a new softener with whole house filter as well as a reverse osmosis drinking faucet. Abraham and CGC went above and beyond our expectations...fitting us in for a new system the very next day! The installation went just as smoothly! Our tech explained our new system, how to change the filters, when to add salt and where to look if we have questions. It's been 2 weeks and we couldn't be happier with our new system!
