He not only saved me the additional trip charge, but he made no attempt to upsell me on things I didn't need. He showed respect for my home (booties, for one), he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, he gave me A LOT of good information, and from beginning to end he was just a pleasure to deal with. And at the end he only charged me for the straight service call, with his extra inspection included and the leak repair covered by warrantee. Highly recommend!
